John K. Shubin

Founding Partner

From the courtroom to local government chambers to the corporate suite, John has established himself as a skilled advocate who merges a deep knowledge of the law with a wealth of experience and a keen appreciation of how to “get to yes”. As a result, he has represented a wide range of property owners, developers, investors, and local governments in extremely significant litigation affecting their interests. As an advisor and negotiator, he also works with clients and other skilled professionals to avoid litigation by reaching desired business solutions.

A Miami native, John founded the firm and has shaped its direction since its inception, extending its footprint to both West Palm Beach and Tampa. He is also the founder and chief executive officer of The Euclid Group, which offers multi-disciplinary advice related to real estate development, entitlement, and public-private partnerships. He has been recognized by every major legal ratings service with its highest level of distinction, and has volunteered at a leadership level at many well recognized nonprofit organizations. He has been married to Susannah, a Tampa native, for 35 years and has two daughters, Georgia and Genevieve.
